A weak disturbance draped to our east over the past several days, with a few pop-up showers and storms will interact with a cool front. Our best opportunities for rainfall and storms will remain across our eastern counties in Georgia. Friday, this front will push south of Columbus; trigger a few pop-up showers and storms farther south. Behind this front expect a slightly cooler air mass with fair skies.

Thursday: A few showers and thunderstorms, mainly east, with a high near 88. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
